Continued Public Hearing of
January 7, 2004

Chairman Philip Lindquist read a January 6, 2004 letter from Mark Ridder requesting a continuance of the public hearing for StoneBridge Commons. He said that he needed the additional time to respond to review comments from the previous hearing.
Chairman Lindquist reviewed a January 7, 2004 memo from Town Planner Noreen O’Toole to Peter Palmieri of Merrill Associates, Inc.of Hanover relative to comments from the Planning Board regarding the development.
Chairman Lindquist also read a December 29, 2003 letter from Highway Surveyor Richard Harris stating that he saw no benefit from the proposed installation of any catch basins on Winter Street at the proposed entrance/exit to StoneBridge Commons.
Motion to continue the public hearing for StoneBridge Commons to January 21, 2004 @ 8:00 p.m.: Gerard LeBlanc
